As life passes by each day I find the most important action I can take for myself & others is to ask "what can I do for you today?"

I do this in business & in my personal life. It allows me to lift myself & others up - you would be amazed at the number of people that physically light up when I simply ask "how are you?" People can tell by the tone of my voice & the directness of my eyes that I am sincere & truly interested.
